	Gerald Foley Managing Director With over 20 years in the banking and finance sector gained through senior positions within ANZ bank, Mortgage Choice and National Mortgage Market Corporation, Gerald has a wealth of experience in building new businesses within emerging mortgage market sectors. Gerald is responsible for: managing strategic direction; finance; corporate governance; public relations; and reporting. Gerald is a past National President & Life Member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and a non-executive director of The Mortgage Gallery.
	Kon Avramidis Director, Operations Kon has over 20 years experience in the banking and finance sector including 13 years at Westpac bank. Kon is responsible for: the design, development & implementation of leading edge mortgage broker business systems; managing lender relationships; and compliance.
	Sal Cinque Director, Sales & Marketing Sal has 20 years experience in marketing, sales and business management with organisations in Australia and the United States. Sal is responsible for: national sales; marketing; recruitment; broker business development; affiliate marketing; e-commerce; and advertising. Sal holds a Diploma in Management from Monash University and is a member of the Australian Institute of Management.
